An ice-cold slum where not the friendliest people live—whose value of human life is often comparable to the price of a box of cartridges or a crate of stewed meat.

Falling any lower is simply impossible, but sometimes fate trips you, forcing you to abandon an established business and run wherever your eyes can see in search of a new place under the sun.
