The story of a youth commune in the Moscow region in the very early 1990s. The characters are almost teenagers; they escape the cruelty of the surrounding world by hiding behind the walls of a lone dacha standing in the forest. In their little world, they try to create an ideal society built on friendship, mutual help, and boundless trust. In their search for true love, the heroes boldly experiment, inventing their own moral rules and challenging the rotten, hypocritical morality. The friends believe everything will work out. Together they run their daily life, keep the household, divide responsibilities equally, care for the children that appear, and are always ready to help one another. But how long can such a commune last? How strong are the bonds connecting the heroes? Won’t it all fall apart at the first gust of wind like a house of cards?
