Flinn died, but returned to the world of the living. Now he faces Infercity—a cruel and two-faced city that he hated so much. Through its gloomy streets wander those who pretend to be people, but whose hearts have long been home only to utter darkness. They managed to fool Death itself, but they no longer belong among the living. To regain control over his fate, Flinn must catch them and imprison them at the border of worlds. From now on, he’ll have to fight not his own demons, but someone else’s—and if he fails, all of Infercity will burn in the fire of Madness.
