In the faraway year of 1855, a certain mysterious stranger who introduced herself as the Muse presented the budding composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky with a golden tuning fork—one that became an inexhaustible source of inspiration for him. After the composer’s death, the tuning fork began its long journey across the world, bringing joy of creativity to new owners, and earning them fame and money.
But wasn’t the price of such success too high? None of the tuning fork’s owners was fortunate enough to die their own death. And what happened to the tuning fork after the last owner—world-famous composer and conductor Pavel Ivshin—perished? Could it be that it found its new victim?
