Description

An ironic novella about Contact between humanity and an unknown form of life. A small cargo shuttle picks up an alien in space, and two thirds of the crew fall in love with him. The news of Contact sparks a movement in high circles of power, and several influential organizations—from politicians to the military—put their eyes on the alien. But attempts to solve the situation with earthly methods crash against alien logic and the behavior of the stranger; he absolutely does not want to belong to anyone and confirms his intentions with local emergency incidents.
