This collection includes stories written in the detective genre with elements of fantasy and horror literature. Devious and cruel crimes wrapped in the guise of mad deeds and mystical incidents are revealed only in the finale. The narration keeps the reader (or listener) on edge until the very end, and the resolution turns out to be extraordinarily unexpected.
So, do you love edge-of-your-seat thrillers? Your kind of love is right here!
Henry Kuttner (1915–1958) is a famous American science-fiction writer. His work is marked by original literary treatments of classic plot motifs of science fiction. A significant part of his output—including works he created in collaboration with his wife, the writer Katherine Lucille Moore—was published under pseudonyms. Later, many of their joint works were reissued under Kuttner’s name alone.
