Humorous prose. A collection of short stories.
Many readers are familiar with the entertaining ЖЗЛ series (Life of Remarkable People), which is a compilation of biographies of outstanding performers and composers, artists and writers, political figures, scientists, and philosophers from different countries—books written using historical and literary sources.
At the same time, biographies of many no less remarkable people remain unknown to the general masses, somehow passing the attention of publishers. But are the lives of ordinary people—drivers, bakers, plumbers, and movers working in wine-and-vodka shops—less significant or less interesting than the lives of famous artists and singers?
The author found this situation unfair and decided to start the ЖОЗЛ series (Life of Very Remarkable People), which is opened by the collection of stories “Zhorik-Megaphone.”
