Wishes and Photographs

Since the time Emma’s family moved to New York, every year on December 31—just minutes before the New Year—she runs into the same guy. He believes that wishes made on this magical night will certainly come true—just need to want it very badly. Emma, however, thinks he’s a loser that nobody wants to talk to. And the moment this guy is near, some sort of embarrassment always happens to her! Still, year after year, Emma notices how much the boy changes. And when she finally understands that they’re destined to be together, their brief meetings come to an end. But nobody cancelled the magic of New Year’s Eve… And wishes have a habit of coming true!
