Wait for a Woman!

An amateur journalist takes on an independent investigation of a rape in a luxurious hotel—and suddenly finds her own reflection in the story, as if in someone else’s face. A group of tourists sets out on a route through the “Devil’s Gorge,” but strange stone little pyramids and missing people make you wonder: who is the prey here, and who is the pursuer? A woman who steps off the train at the station “Bottom” begins to have prophetic dreams about murders and can’t understand what they mean: do her visions prevent tragedies—or are they drawing her toward death? The characters in these tales are former prisoners living by revenge, cosmetologists who, at work, come face-to-face with a child killer, “mad queens” who lose the boundary between reality and delusion, and old abandoned houses that remember everything and forgive nothing.
