The Lighter

Everyone has a favorite little thing dear as a memory. And if that trinket disappears, the person grieves for a long time and intensely, longing to know what happened to the thing. That’s exactly how a desk lighter belonging to panі Ioanna vanished. The moment the owner went on vacation, a scoundrel and parasite—an evil gardener—appeared in her house, ruining panі Ioanna’s garden and also taking quite a lot of money from her for his mischief. And after his visit, the lighter disappeared.
So panі Ioanna has only one thing left—to sneak into the villain’s house and steal the item back. Done—easy, right? Only who could have guessed that besides the lighter, the house might also contain a corpse… And not just any corpse—one that is completely fresh!
