While studying her family tree, Masha became interested in the fate of her great-aunt Ariadne Borislavskaya. Ariadne worked at the famous Institute of Blood of Alexander Bogdanov, was a prominent scientist, but in the late 1920s she disappeared, and Masha couldn’t find any information about her in any archive. A chance meeting brought her together with Vasily and Anna from the historical advisory center “Clio,” and they set out to find out what really happened to Ariadne. In their search for information about her, the young historians made sensational discoveries: Borislavskaya knew Nikolai Gumilyov, and, carrying out the poet’s last will, she went to Africa to find a certain artifact that could change the course of history…
