Sasha hadn’t been to the South Wind for eleven years. She moved to Moscow, leaving her brother with her mother and stepfather. After her mother’s death, no one was left to help her brother—who doesn’t talk and can’t live independently. Sasha takes care of him, and this gradually draws her into the work of a psychiatric hospital and into the affairs of the city. She creates a podcast “Chickenpox” with the hospital’s patients and engages in social journalism. Through these actions, Sasha tries to sort out her own inner fears and problems.
