Magda worked at a technical translation bureau. The job didn’t bring her much pleasure, but at least she was lucky in her personal life—she and Igor were happy and were planning to get married! How much more unexpected—and painful—was the blow when Igor suddenly announced they were breaking up. Magda tried, but she couldn’t get used to her new lonely life.
