And now our restless Majesty has decided that his palace absolutely needs a newspaper—since it’s not enough that it can get all the gossip and rumors. The task of leading this unique publication was entrusted to me, Monika Mansfield, granddaughter of the queen-mother’s beloved lady-in-waiting, and—by coincidence—graduate of the Faculty of Elegant Literature at the Royal Noble Boarding School.
