XYY: Ark of the Wasteland

After the discovery on a planet E274 illegally developed by the Terrans of an object resembling an egg incubator and a random break of its integrity, the geological base’s territory was struck by some unprecedented infection that turned all living things to dust. To prevent a diplomatic scandal on a galactic scale and possible catastrophic consequences for the Terran Coalition, an expedition of scientists and soldiers is sent to E274 to find out exactly what the geologists discovered and, if possible, destroy any human traces in the incident zone.
