Her life was like thousands of other lives, and it seemed to her the dullest, the most boring, the least interesting. A lonely secretary in a regular company, hopelessly in love with her boss. He is a tall, handsome blond; she is a red-haired and foolish one. At least, that’s what many people thought.

And then something strange happened: the boss noticed her. The very next morning she ended up in a remand prison, suspected of murder.
