Description
Nikita Meshcheryakov is a descendant of the White émigrés who grew up in the slums of Marseille. His life early turned into a fight: brawls at the betting shop, clashes with the local mafia, and a constant attempt to survive in a world that does not forgive weakness.
He fights in Spain on the side of the Francosists—Haram(a), the Basque Country, followed by a brief campaign in 1940 in France. Captivity changes everything: recruitment—and the road back to Russia is already in the ranks of the "Brandenburg-800" regiment.
Nikita hates the Bolsheviks more than the Germans: in his memory—an obliterated home, a family that perished, and a stolen childhood. He returns with one thought—to take revenge.
