Medical Error

Frida, the wife of Colonel Zyganshin, decided to give birth at her workplace. Despite her and the baby being in good health, the doctor made a serious mistake by failing to detect the problem in time. The child died, and Frida barely survived after a prolonged operation, losing the ability to have children.

She is convinced that, being still young, Zyganshin will soon want to find another woman with whom he can build a family and have children. Frida wonders what will happen first: will Zyganshin seek justice from the doctor—or will he start looking for a new wife for himself.
