Boris Markov, a former prosecutor’s investigator from St. Petersburg, ended up trapped in Thailand because of problems with a criminal authority he had defended in court. He is forced to live in Pattaya, earning a living by selling cosmetics and escorting tourist groups. When a murder happens during an excursion, Markov starts searching for the killer—unaware that even bigger troubles are waiting for him.
