In this poem, the fundamental cosmic law is encoded—knowledge of which gives real power to the Person of Knowledge. There is even a fairy tale about a Treasure buried in a garden and left by the Father as an inheritance to his sons. By “Father” is meant God; by “sons”—people; by “Treasures”—Knowledge. “Eight Paradise Gardens” is the very territory that must be “dug up” to find the “Treasure.”
Only a conscientious and thoughtful person—who has learned to do good not only for themselves but also for other people—will obtain this ancient, yet hidden from foolish and greedy people, “pearl of wisdom.”
