In the art gallery of the “ChP” (Emergency Procurement / Secret?)—an etude by Kuindzhi disappeared from the storage vaults! Before causing a commotion, the museum employee asked her old acquaintance, Colonel Viktor Doroshin, to try to understand the problem privately. At first, the case didn’t seem complicated to him. Besides, Viktor was expecting a pleasant bonus—meeting the charming art historian Ksenia. The girl tried to help and provided Viktor with the information needed for the investigation about his colleagues and the gallery’s internal affairs.
