You are presented with the anthology “All Chekhov,” the first part consisting of 250 works by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. The first part includes 230 short stories, 9 novellas, and 11 plays.

All the presented works are voiced by a single performer—that is, by me, of course—in the best traditions of reading and acting craft, taking into account prosody, variations of reading tempo, with clear separation between monologue and dialogue forms of speech, considering the nature and temperament of the characters and their manner of speaking.

Also, to give the characters an authentic sound, I used dialect pronunciations of the Russian language, in particular the old Moscow dialect, as well as Russian colloquial speech and the manner of everyday talk, taking into account the time period recorded in the works.
