Witches Have Hobbies Too

In Odessa, nothing like this has happened in a long time: two prisoners make a daring escape from a strict-regime colony. One of them, a repeat offender nicknamed Kosyak, receives a fatal injury. According to the laws of the criminal world, before dying he leaves a will to his accomplice Taras Reshetkin, better known in prison as “Boy.” Boy is tasked with avenging him against the famous lawyer Shimansky. Back then, Shimansky had cruelly set up Kosyak and sent him behind bars… And soon detectives Vasily Semenov and Grigory Oparin begin investigating the murder of the lawyer. It seems simple and obvious. But during the investigation, Semenov becomes convinced that the real killer is not Boy at all—and that Shimansky’s death isn’t connected to revenge by the former convict. And then an old, once sensational case surfaces—one that Oparin, for some reason, had considered not worth attention…
