Vasyutka's Lake (stories)

Don’t waste time searching for literary works—these books have everything you need to read according to the school curriculum: for in-class reading and for extracurricular assignments. Save your child from long searches and uncompleted homework.

Vasyutka got lost—and discovered a new lake. But what efforts did the boy, left alone with the forces of nature, have to make! He had to draw on everything he had been taught by older people. He needed to use his ingenuity and knowledge—and to win so decisively that the lake he discovered came to be called after him—Vasyutka’s Lake.

Sooner or later, a child encounters the natural world and finds that cruelty breeds nature’s anger in return. But for someone who approaches it with kindness, nature is welcoming and its gifts are limitless.

If you want your child to love and know nature, this book is for you.
