Travel between worlds is an excellent pastime and a profitable business for long-lived beings. A portal for transfers could be hidden in an ordinary coffeehouse. Tourists are required to behave decently and follow strict rules: don’t fool around, don’t scare people, don’t steal people—and, of course, don’t kill them.
But what happens if someone breaks these rules? What will the employees of the portal-coffeehouse “Moonlight” do when they discover traces of a crime literally on their doorstep?
