The Russian-Israeli writer Yuriy Miloslavsky was a bright star in the emigration sky of the 1980s. Born in Kharkiv, a childhood friend (does that count?) of Eduard Limonov and other remarkable poets and writers of his time, Miloslavsky lived for several years in the Holy Land, came here to the Christian faith, wrote the novel "Fortified Cities" and a number of stories. His descriptions of Zionist gatherings sounded like a bomb blast. He left twenty years ago, and his trail was lost. We hope Miloslavsky is found, and that his books are republished in Russia—where they are needed.
