Winthrop Was Stubborn

Human time transfer—transferring through time—can happen if the same number of people flies in both directions. Thus, several people from 1958 for a while ended up in 2458. One of them, Winthrop, refused to return: in the future, he was the only one who liked what he saw. You can’t force him to come back, because the laws of the 25th century forbid any form of coercion, and without Winthrop it’s impossible to carry out the return transfer. What should the others do? How to get back to their own time?
