Murder for Love

It’s so hot that detectives only want to lie under an apple tree, but not investigate murders. Yet they can’t refuse a guy from a small town who’s looking for a missing friend.

Soon they manage to learn that the girl was killed in a park where lovers usually arrange to meet.

According to her friend, the girl had a boyfriend—one whose name she carefully hid from everyone. Why? Was he married, or did his well-off parents disapprove of a marriage to a simple girl?

The detectives will have to find out whether the young man was the murderer, or whether someone else needed to get rid of her…
