A group of local settlers—Tamppers—arrives at a small outpost station on Earth’s planet Tampa, led by Elder Shagaban. They’ve come to warn the humans about an impending danger: “There will be wind. Wind from the coast. This wind blows every year for a month, and all those who live in the valley leave it for that time. We call this wind Oro.
