Two weeks at the Abbss-Hall rest home for Marta Porai were supposed to be time to fully shake off her depression and return to normal life. Marta accepted her friend’s gift with joy and, arriving in a small town in the north of Scotland, let out a relieved breath. But the girl’s inner confidence was broken by the fog over the fields and a mysterious shadow she noticed on the way to the rest home. Marta didn’t attach much importance to the shadow. Yet the mysterious figure reminds her of itself everywhere, and when one of the guests of Abbss-Hall dies a terrible death, Marta’s suspicions fall on the shadow.
