The Fog

Because of the abundance of lakes and swamps, most of the year the Azser castle is hidden under a haze of fog. I arrived here in late autumn to carry out my brother’s assignment and gather materials for my academic work. Who could have thought that among stone walls and dusty folios ancient legends would come alive, and that the owner of this old fortress would open a path to a mysterious world I had always believed was nothing more than a frightening fairy tale?..
