World War II. Watchmaker Maximilian Carver transports his family far from the war, to a small seaside town. The house they move into once belonged to people whose son drowned at sea.
Max, the watchmaker’s son, has no idea what evil he will have to face—along with his sister Alisya and their new friend Roland, the grandson of an old lighthouse keeper. They will have to figure out what is hidden by an old sunken ship, an abandoned garden with sculptures, and film reels made long ago by a boy who has been dead for a long time.
