Anxious People

In a small Swedish town on the eve of New Year’s, a masked man armed with a gun, after an unsuccessful attempt to rob a bank, takes eight hostages during a viewing for potential buyers of an apartment that is up for sale.

Outside the entrance, a crowd of reporters hungry for sensations gathers at once, the police block all approaches to the house and prepare to storm the apartment… the atmosphere grows tense. Unable to withstand the mounting pressure, the hostages share with each other their most intimate secrets…

Soon the robber begins to lean toward the idea that maybe it’s better to surrender voluntarily to the police than to continue being trapped in this enclosed space with all these unbearable people…
