Darkness

Darkness settles in the most secluded, inaccessible corners. From there it is easier for it to weave its gloomy nets, feeding on the ignorance of dark people, their fears, and their petty souls… It happened the same way for a small Urals town, where one day a mysterious stranger appeared. Coming to church, he accused the priest of lacking true faith, and as proof sent a clergyman to “fly” under the dome of the temple. Not long before that, in front of a stunned crowd, he resurrected a local drunk bum from the dead. And now the church is empty: the stranger has been proclaimed the Messiah, and his newly made disciples greedily catch every word of the prophet…
