The main character is a seventh-grader, Matvey—a closed-off teenager who has no friends at school, but does have computer games and social networks. He’s the most ordinary kid, with whom one day an entirely unusual story happens.
Matvey’s day doesn’t go well from the very morning—and ends horribly. The boy has to run from robbers who want to steal his phone. The escape leads Matvey to the outskirts of the city, where he sees a derelict concrete pipe and instantly hides in it. But the moment he climbs out from the other side, he finds himself in another reality.
In the new world, almost everything is in place: his parents continue to live in the same apartment, and they have the same neighbors. Only one thing is missing: Matvey Dobrovolsky doesn’t exist. His beloved mom and dad are actually the parents of a girl, Mіroslava.
There’s no one to ask for help, and the boy will have to figure out this fantastic incident on his own.
