Dark Travels

Many worlds exist in parallel, side by side. And in each of these worlds, turning points in history end differently.

There is a certain mechanism for traveling to these worlds: you can simply turn the tuning knob and catch another reality. But open access to other worlds would spell doom for the entire civilization. Limited access, however, opens wonderful possibilities… In each such world, only a small handful of people are initiated into the secret of world travel. Say, one family per a given reality. Naturally, since they must keep everything secret, they have to pass themselves off as ordinary people, and their bases are disguised as research institutes and idea banks…
