Tango with a Star. Part Three

My long-time dream was to study at the Academy of the Darkest Skull. But when I ended up among its first-year adepts, I didn’t feel any joy at all. The problems that fell on me all at once overshadowed everything. And even though my childhood ended long ago, right now I finally felt all the bitterness of adult life. And the hardest part is not to show tears, because the wound from the fact that Roland Forz left me two years ago is still there.

Among lies, deception, and betrayal, I’ll have to either break—or harden my character so that even the famed darkstorm steel can’t compare in toughness. The third part of the story “Tango with a Star.”
