December 1941. The Red Army pushed the Germans back from Moscow. But stubborn fighting continues across the entire front. A group of scouts led by Lieutenant Gleb Shubin is ordered to destroy the headquarters of the German intelligence service. However, several Abwehr officers manage to escape. Among them is the former Soviet colonel Amosov, who voluntarily surrendered to the fascists—while our counterintelligence has been hunting him for a long time.
