1773. The Russo-Turkish War. Cannons roar, drums beat! The soldiers—Suvorov’s miraculous strongmen—charge into a bayonet assault. And so the Turkish fortress falls; over its bastions the Russian victory banner flutters… However, the enemy is still strong, crafty, and dangerous—Turkish spies are everywhere. They must be found and neutralized—yesterday already. The commanding general, Major General Aleksandr Vasilyevich Suvorov, assigns this difficult mission to a corporal (and then to a lieutenant) Alexey Lyashin, who has already proved himself in similar matters.
And no one—no living soul—knows that Alexey is our contemporary who ended up in the past not of his own will, but… This question, too, he needs to clarify—so that someday he can try to return.
