Description
Luke Brandon, a private detective from the “Star” agency, arrives in the resort city of San Rafael in response to a telegram from his partner Sheppy. It seems that away from their native San Francisco, a profitable job is starting to take shape for them. However, the meeting of colleagues doesn’t happen—Sheppy is killed in a beach changing booth.
