Description

On June 22, 1941, Germany invaded the USSR. Mechanized units of the Wehrmacht split up and encircled the troops of the Western Front, trapping nearly three dozen divisions, capturing strategic initiative and air superiority. However, the Red Army begins to preempt strikes by the Wehrmacht. The usual breakthroughs along the flanks, envelopments, and subsequent encirclements stop working. In the areas planned for breakthroughs, the command of the Red Army concentrates large forces. And the Wehrmacht gets bogged down in prolonged battles, losing equipment and personnel. In the large-scale tank battle that begins near Dubno, two tank groups of the Wehrmacht are defeated… Meanwhile, soldiers are making their way through the German rear to the front carrying important information. Where does this information come from? What source? Is it a provocation or a disinterested act of help? But these details determine the fate of the country.
