A captain is the head of a ship—of a steamer or a vessel. Thus, the captain has two bodies: one is his own, and the second is the ship—a steamer or a vessel. It is clear to everyone that this arrangement over the years causes captains to develop certain shifts and quirks in their psyche. In maritime language, such shifts and quirks are defined by the word “bzik” (a sort of fixation).
In this edition, you will find humorous stories by Viktor Koneцky infused with maritime spirit.
