The Glass Hotel

The Glass Hotel

10 hrs. 19 min.
Description
On the shore of Vancouver Island, facing the ocean, stands a fantasy made of wood and glass—an incredible hotel hidden in the Canadian wilderness. From it, like strands from a ball of yarn, threads stretch out, weaving a tangled reality where everyone is not who they seem and nothing is what it appears to be. Here, in the shining lobby’s panoramic window, a threatening inscription flashes: “Why don’t you eat broken glass?” Is it meant for Vincent, a distant young woman whose past also includes broken glass with a message—and soon, secrets even more serious will appear? Or is the matter about Field, Vincent’s brother, whose life is being pulled downward by unspoken guilt and drug dependency? Or maybe the addressee is Jonathan Alkaithis, the mysterious owner of the hotel and the head of a remarkably profitable investment fund, who holds so much money and power in his hands?
