S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The Last Foray

For the stalker nicknamed Free, the overturned truck he found did not become merely an object of loot. There was no large amount of money, no weapon ammunition, no valuable data that could be used for his own commercial purposes. All that could be found was a battered Soviet-style school notebook and… a box painted with orange diagonal stripes and bearing a mysterious engraved inscription on the lid — “VZ VNIL.” For what purposes was the Intra-Zone Military Scientific Research Laboratory created, what is this strange box, and how is the stalker’s friend Mosquito connected to all this?
