The wild nineties…

Former local officer Kargin becomes an operative officer. Under the leadership of some mysterious Superman, Sazonov, he assembles a team of his peers, with whom he sharpens his skills in combat arts during exhausting trainings. Kargin hates criminals of every kind, and to uncover typical crimes he often resorts to exceeding his authority. By his own reasoning, he successfully “cleans” his city, and no one can stop him. But he doesn’t know that he himself is a pawn in someone else’s game…
