Description
The novel is structured as a collage of dreams supposedly dreamt by Albert Einstein in 1905. The dreams are mostly devoted to new concepts of time swarming in the scientist's mind. Each concept gives rise to its own imaginary world described in the book. Thus, in a world where time moves in a circle, people are forced to relive their successes and failures again and again. In another world there is a place where time does not move at all; this place is popular with lovers and with parents afraid of losing their children when they grow up. In yet another world, time is a nightingale that can be caught with a simple cap. And so on.
