The Case of Polynin

November 1941. A parade took place on Red Square in Moscow. A front-line acting troupe arrives at the Karelian Front. The commander of the air regiment, Colonel Polynin (who fought in Spain together with Gritsko), falls in love with a young twenty-seven-year-old actress, Galina Prokofyeva. And then he is transferred to the outskirts of Moscow.
