A Track in the Spring Snow

One morning, the quiet life of a small town is turned upside down. Mila, an English teacher, while walking her dog, finds a cache of old coins. Before this, a well-known architect almost ran her over—turns out he is building an unusual house nearby for one of the town’s fathers. And soon, in the same place, in Kuznetsky Sloboda, they find the body of a local entrepreneur. His wife becomes a suspect in the murder. Since childhood, she has been friends with the former owner of the plot where the treasure was hidden… Coincidence or links in a single chain? Why do intruders break into Mila’s house, if everyone knows that the treasure has already been taken to the police? She will have to sort everything out herself…
