Captain of the militia Andrey Bolshakov, who works fighting organized crime, lives by a schedule for the next ten years. He combats corruption and ensures the safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. But suddenly he will have to leave Moscow and head to the front line of the fight against crime in a region with a high crime rate. The book is based on real events that occurred in various cities of Russia in the 1980s–1990s of the twentieth century.
