Jerome K. Jerome is a prolific novelist and essayist, author of short stories. In our country he is known mainly thanks to his famous novella “Three Men in a Boat (To Say Nothing of the Dog).” In the first twenty years, more than a million copies were sold worldwide. The book was also adapted into numerous films and television shows, radio productions, and plays; even a musical was staged based on it. Jerome’s stories, to a great regret, are not as well-known and popular among the general public—but that doesn’t make them any less interesting and thrilling. We invite you to confirm this by listening to a collection of the author’s selected stories.
